Touche. If they're concerned about French Canadians as a whole, and many of those don't live in the province of Quebec, why should the province of Quebec be their leader? How can they lead for people outside their province (never mind that Quebec has done the exact opposite in the past)? Doesn't it make more sense that a government that literally represents all of those people, oh I don't know, represent them?
How much do Quebec Liberals believe this and how much do they just want power.
Right. Only one government represents the French Canadian nation in its entirety and that is the Canadian government. So it would have to have a seat at this table.
